Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, no questions asked.

We accept all major Indian payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and Razorpay wallets. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers.

No, there are no long-term contracts or commitments. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Yearly plans are billed once per year and offer a 17% discount. If you cancel a yearly plan, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

You pay the per-truck rate for your fleet size (Small Fleet ₹40/truck/mo · Growing Fleet ₹35/truck/mo · Large Fleet ₹30/truck/mo), multiplied by the number of active trucks. Minimum one truck. There is ONE expiry date for your whole account — every truck renews together. Worked example (at the ₹30/truck/mo band): subscribe for 2 trucks today, add 2 more on day 3 and 2 more on day 13. The day-3 add costs 2 × ₹30 × 27/30 = ₹54.00 (prorated). The day-13 add costs 2 × ₹30 × 17/30 = ₹34.00. All six trucks renew together at your original month-end. Remove a truck and it stops being billed at the next renewal.

Yes, we offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with FleetHisab within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at support@fleethisab.in and we will process a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Every active account is billed for at least one truck per cycle, even if you have zero trucks registered. The 1–5 trucks rate is ₹40/truck/month, so the minimum monthly bill is ₹40.

Yes. Live GPS tracking is available as an optional add-on at ₹150 per vehicle per month. The driver app uses a foreground location service (with explicit consent under the DPDP Act 2023) to upload location every ~10 seconds during active trips and "On Duty" sessions. No GPS hardware is required — the driver's smartphone is the tracker. AIS-140 hardware integration is also supported.

FleetHisab supports Hindi, English, and Gujarati across the driver app and owner dashboard. WhatsApp expiry alerts go in the owner's selected language. Receipt OCR reads both Hindi and English receipts.
